Sahara Bridges is an energy healer, coach for lightworkers, and podcast host.

She created the sunspot during a time of deep healing and challenge in her life. It started out as a blog to connect with other people in a similar position and turned into a business.

​

Sahara helps lightworkers & alternative health professionals heal themselves so that they can heal others.

​

Sahara created coaching packages for creating boundaries with clients, self care for lightworkers, and lightwork for beginners where she helps people uncover their own healing abilities and guides them in protecting their energy.

​

She is also the co-host of The Sunsquad podcast with her friend and other host Yukon de Leeuw. Their podcast features topics on spirituality, wellness, and connection.

Sahara has her certificate of basic musicianship from Douglas College, studied acting for stage and screen at Capilano University, certificate of intro to nutrition from CSNN, taken english and psychology courses at MRU, and studied energy healing guided by her wonderful mentor. Let's be real, she's always studying healing!
